As the Senior Copywriter at Manta Sleep, I wrote a high volume of high-converting copy for sales campaigns, product launches, and promotional funnels. I crafted SMS marketing copy, quizzes, video scripts, and worked on other creative content projects, collaborating with management to brainstorm ideas and conceptualise new email campaigns. I provided strategic copy guidance and reviewed content written by the paid ads and social media teams to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints. Alongside writing persuasive copy for landing pages and emails, I worked on A/B variations for both channels, with a 25%+ win rate that boosted click-through rates, open rates, average order value, and conversions.
